Energy, Stress & Sleep Optimization

Energy, Stress & Sleep Optimization

Low energy, poor sleep and brain fog are common but nonspecific. This program uses a structured medical assessment to look for modifiable contributors rather than assuming one hormone, vitamin or supplement is responsible.

Who This Program Is For

This program may be appropriate for adults seeking evaluation for concerns such as:

  • Persistent fatigue
  • Nonrestorative sleep
  • Difficulty falling or staying asleep
  • Brain fog or reduced concentration
  • High stress with declining function
  • Energy changes associated with menopause or metabolic concerns

What We Evaluate

Your evaluation is individualized. Depending on your history and symptoms, we may review:

  • Sleep duration and schedule
  • Medication and substance contributors
  • Mood and stress screening
  • Sleep-apnea risk and referral needs
  • Thyroid, anemia, metabolic or nutritional contributors when indicated
  • Hormonal factors when clinically relevant
  • Activity, recovery and circadian habits

Your Personalized Plan

Your plan may include sleep-hygiene and circadian strategies, stress-management interventions, exercise and recovery planning, nutrition changes, treatment of identified medical contributors, and referral for sleep or behavioral-health evaluation when appropriate.
