Who This Program Is For

This program may be appropriate for adults seeking evaluation for concerns such as:

  • Adults seeking a proactive health review
  • Patients concerned about cardiometabolic risk
  • Loss of muscle, strength or resilience with age
  • Patients who want a structured prevention plan
  • Adults seeking to improve sleep, nutrition, activity and body composition

What We Evaluate

Your evaluation is individualized. Depending on your history and symptoms, we may review:

  • Medical and family history
  • Blood pressure and cardiometabolic risk factors
  • Glucose and lipid markers when indicated
  • Body composition and muscle-preservation priorities
  • Nutrition and physical activity
  • Sleep, stress and recovery
  • Age-appropriate preventive care and referral needs

Your Personalized Plan

Your longevity plan prioritizes modifiable risk: nutrition quality, resistance and aerobic exercise, healthy body composition, sleep, tobacco/alcohol risk reduction where relevant, medication review, preventive care and targeted treatment of identified conditions. Advanced testing is used selectively, not as a substitute for established preventive care.
