No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Use of this Site does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Longevous Youth, LLC or any of its providers. Cancellation & Rescheduling:We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.

Consultation Fee: Initial consultations are priced as listed on our Site. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

5. Payment Terms

Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Current pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our Site.

Refunds: Refund policies vary by service and will be communicated at the time of purchase or during your consultation. Generally, services rendered are non-refundable.

6. Telehealth & Mobile Services

Telehealth: Where available, telehealth services are provided in compliance with applicable state and federal laws. Not all services are available via telehealth.

Mobile Services: Mobile IV infusion and wellness services are available within designated service areas in Central Florida. Service areas may change without notice. Our providers reserve the right to refuse service based on location, safety concerns, or medical appropriateness.
